Anyone know how to repair rust, wet baseball cards without destroying its value?

I found a pile of boxes of baseball cards a basement, most are in good shape but was very damp basement and some boxes near the ground was wet and the cards were beginning to bend, and some had begun to have hair on them, is their anyway to get flat, dry, and mold without ruining the value of them?

One of the best things to kill mold and mildew on the paper and the fabric is the sun. Put your cards on a table in a sunny day and let them dry flat – do not leave them too long or sun bleached / disappear image. Probably no real way to restore the cards however, will always be rolling, that is what causes the paper makes when it gets wet. Use caution when working with them because breathing in the mold / mildew spores is not good for your body – if there is a lot of black mold on them, wear one of those painters masks to manipulate cards.
