well worth itAfter looking around, these seem to be the best value for $25, and they and feel solid for what you pay. I prefer these much more than the grip shifters sold at the same price. these are sold as the complete retail set, so you also get the shifter cables, cable end caps, and cable housings.

Switch from Grip ShiftersI bought these to switch from the original grip shifters. Man was that a good decision … smooth shifting, easy to install. I put them on my Mtn. Bike and it makes shifting on the rough trail much easier than twisting the grip.

Great Shifters by ShimanoI am a Shimano component person to begin with, so when I needed to replace the worn out non repairable shifters on my 21 speed 1990 GT Tallera I decided on these. these shifters came with new cables – nice surprise. If you are a novice working on bikes I highly recommend reading the instructions that came in the box. The instructions give clear directions on how to adjust the shifters to work with the older derailers. Also make sure you have good wire cutters to cut the ends of the wire. The only downfall is if you want to put them on a riser bar they will only go so far to where the bar bends. Otherwise I like the indicator feature letting you know what gear you are in so you don’t have to look down at the gears to see which one you are in.

2007 Felt F55 Shimano, Fsa, Easton, Like New Components

Up for sale is my 2007 Felt F55 road bike. The only thing stock on this bike is the frame, fork and seatpost. I had the frame built with components of my choosing, and you will not be disappointed! The drivetrain components are 125 miles new, with the exception of the wheels, handlebars and stem, which are brand new (well, a 10 mile test ride). The component list is as follows:

Frame: Felt F55 Custom Butted 7005 aluminum with carbon seatstays

Fork: Felt 1.3 high modulus carbon fiber with 1 1/8? carbon steerer

This was, what I thought to be my dream build, and then my wife surprised me with a brand new Felt F1 SL with full dura ace! Now this baby has to go. I challenge any average biker, not a sponsored rider or bike shop employee, to build this bike for less than $3500, for it cannot be done! I will include the pedals, which are Look KEO 2 Max carbon, and the water bottle cages with a full price offer only, not with any other offer. The computer will not be included. Everything is in great condition, the frame is used and does have some very minor superficial scratches (please see pictures). This bike weighs in at 16 pounds, 6 ounces without cages and bike computer. Please ask questions. Shipping is $115 to the lower 48, $35 more for Alaska and Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
