11:30 AM is the best time to feed a Mogwai. This is because it is exactly 12 hours and 30 minutes away from midnight. Also, no matter what time zone you are in, there will never be more than a 12 hour difference. If you feed the Mogwai on the half hour, you're pretty much safe. This gives your Mogwai about 30 minutes to eat before midnight, no matter what time zone you're in.
