It is really the first time Darcy 'flirts' with Elizabeth, and gives us a little insight to why Darcy seems so proud and standoffish. It is something of a turning point for Darcy I think, because he's making the move to converse with Elizabeth and share something of himself (contrasting with his avoidance of her when she left Netherfield).

Le coeur de ce projet repose sur un dispositif qui va accroître les entrées en hospitalisation sous contrainte et durcir les possibilités de sortie des patients, ce qui aura un impact important sur l’organisation des soins et sur la qualité des prises en charge.
Mais surtout, ce projet de loi crée aussi un nouveau mode de soins, le soin sans consentement à l’extérieur de l’hôpital, ce qui revient à faire de l’espace public et du domicile des personnes un espace de contrainte, de surveillance et de contrôle permanent.
Cette proposition est illusoire car inefficace : il ne peut exister de véritable soin dans la continuité sans adhésion de la personne, en dehors des périodes d’hospitalisation, des situations aiguës où une équipe soignante amène le patient à entrer dans une démarche de soins et dans la conscience de ses troubles.
